I'm so excited to show you my first wedding cake I made this week.

I've been waiting for this moment since I started cake decorating and when I say 'first',

 it reminds me  my first fondant cake which was for my daughter's 1st birthday party.

 I hooked up with cake decorating since then and

 It has been so much fun to create something beautiful & sweet. 

This is my first official wedding cake so very meaningful to me.

I hope it could make Alice & Tim's special day more special.

and also give more volume & texture so you can do nice hair styling you want.

Pretty Flower Cupcakes

I love making sugar flowers. They look great especially when they are on the top of the cupcakes.

It brings such a joy to look at and I sometimes can't stop staring at them after completing whole petals.

Sugar flowers I decorated on these cupcakes are great for any occasion 

from little girls' birthday party to lovely spring weddings. 

My daughter's 2nd birthday is coming soon

 so I'm thinking about making a princess theme dessert table for her.

Of course these flowers are going to be a part of decoration for desserts..

My plan so far is making a princess theme cake, cupcakes, cookies & cake pops.. 

My mum & twin sister from overseas are visiting my family soon 

so my sisters would be my helpers. I can't wait to do baking with them 

because they've always wanted to make cupcakes with me.We are going to have so much fun!

It was the first time to see her in person so I was so excited 

and wanted to show her how happy I was about meeting her 

since my friend is an important person in my life.

Easter Cupcakes

Happy Easter!

Easter holiday is just around the corner.

 I love Easter holidays because there is the Easter show 

with lots of rides, animals, crafts and show bags!

To celebrate Easter, I made these cupcakes 

which have hot cross buns, an Easter bunny, carrots, chocolate eggs in a nest..

Four of them(above) are point cupcakes from a set of 12 

and the rest are going to be classic chocolate cupcakes with Easter eggs decoration. 

 I love hot cross buns..toasted, with lots of butter.. 

so I had to make them on Easter theme cupcakes.. 

I should call it chocolate hot cross buns if you don't mind.
